Their age, weight, body measurements, body fat percentage, chest condition, the ratio of fat tissue to skin and connective tissue over the mammary gland, and any suspected oncological problems are considered to determine if the patient is suitable for breast aesthetic surgery.
- If the patient has conditions such as high blood pressure, kidney failure, diabetes, chronic asthma, etc., and is taking regular medication, they should inform Prof. Dr. Şükrü Yazar.

- If the patient smokes or drinks alcohol, they must quit at least two weeks before the surgery.
- In addition to blood tests, ultrasound, and general health screening before breast surgery, mammography is requested for women over 40.
- Before surgery, patients are required to remove all accessories from their bodies, including jewelry, rings, earrings, piercings, contact lenses, dental prostheses, etc.
- It is advisable for the patient to have a companion with them during their hospital stay and to bring loose clothing with buttons or zippers to ensure their comfort.
- The patient is asked to fill out an “Informed Consent Form for Breast Aesthetic Surgery”.
