It explains which cookies and similar technologies the Site uses, why, and how you control them. It is written with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the ePrivacy Directive 2002\/58\/EC (Article 5(3)) and T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) in mind. You can \u201cAccept all\u201d, \u201cReject all\u201d or open \u201cSettings\u201d to decide category by category. Your choice is stored for 12 months and you are not asked again during that time. You can change it or withdraw your consent at any time with the button below or the \u201cCookie Settings\u201d link at the bottom of every page. What are cookies and similar technologies?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device through your browser so that it can recognise you or your preferences on later visits. Everything in this policy also applies to technologies that do the same job, such as local storage, session storage and pixels. These tools are not used to profile your behaviour for advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Third-party embedded content (consent required)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google Maps and YouTube content is not loaded unless you allow the \u201cMaps and video\u201d category or press \u201cLoad content\u201d on the item itself; until then an information box is shown in its place. When the content loads, the provider may set its own cookies and sees your browser\u2019s IP address. How we obtain and record your consent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No box in the choice panel is pre-ticked, and \u201cAccept all\u201d and \u201cReject all\u201d sit on the same layer with equal prominence. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent; until you choose, no consent-based cookie is loaded while the Site remains fully usable. To be able to demonstrate consent, your choice, the time you made it and the policy version are recorded together with a random identifier kept on your device. The record contains no name, e-mail address or plain IP address; IP and browser information is kept only as an irreversible hash, and records are deleted after 36 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. International transfers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Site is operated from T\u00fcrkiye, and data collected through essential cookies is processed there and not passed on to anyone else. Analytics tools and embedded content are provided by Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation, whose servers may be located in the United States and elsewhere. They are activated only with your consent. For visitors from the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, transfers to these providers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions), under which both companies are certified, and on the European Commission\u2019s Standard Contractual Clauses. Under Turkish law such transfers are made only where the conditions of Article 9 KVKK are met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Managing cookies in your browser<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besides the choice panel, you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
